The U.S. has been shaken by the unexpected recent death of Supreme Court
Justice Antonin Scalia. The timing of this new vacancy on the Supreme
Court has been especially bad, considering that United States v. Texas
(the case challenging Obama’s executive orders on immigration from
November 2014) is likely to get decided by the end of the year.
