Women in the Lead: Katee Neltner

The Ashland Daily Independent released their 2020 Progress Edition: Women in the Lead.

Attorney Katee Neltner was featured along with other empowering women striving to make a difference in our communities. They include:

  • Catlettsburg Mayor Faith Day
  • Huntington Fire Chief Jan Rader
  • KCU Girls Basketball Coach Lisa Conn
  • West Girls Basketball Coach Faith Conn
  • Commonwealth Attorney Rhonda Copley
  • Fairview Ind. Superintendent Jackie Risden-Smith

Jan Rader was also featured in Time Magazine’s list of influential people and she was a speaker on TED Talks which covers how she fights overdoses in Huntington, WV.

This list only covers a small number of strong and committed women making an impact in their communities. We want to thank ALL women in our communities working to make a difference.

To quote Katee:

“Thank you to all the area women, named and unnamed, that are invested and committed to being a change in our community. Thank you for being an example for myself, my daughter, and my volleyball girls of what strong, determined, intelligent women are capable of doing."
